Space Available Policy: Space "A" guest can make a reservation 24 hours in advance based upon space availability.  Space "A" guest must pay in advance for their reservation.

Non Availability Policy: Non Availability slips are only given to authorized travelers when Lodging is full.  A Non Availability slip allows the TDY traveler to find a hotel of his choice on the economy, but must stay within per diem rates allowed for this area. Travelers file this slip with their travel vouchers in order to get reimbursed.

Advance Payment Policy:  Short term guest may pay at any time, long term guest must pay every 15 days. Guests in a TDY status must provide a valid credit card upon check-in, or may pay with cash or check during check-in for the number of nights lodged.

Permissive TDY:  A copy of orders or leave form must be presented at check-in.

PCS In: Persons in PCS In status are authorized 30 days in Temporary Lodging Facilities.

PCS Out: Persons in PCS Out status are authorized 30 days in Temporary Lodging Facilities.

Check-In/Check-Out: Check-In time is 2 p.m. Check-Out time is 11 a.m.

Pet Rooms: Guest are permitted two pets per Pet TLF room.  Caged pets must have managers approval.  Shot records are required at check-in.  There is a limited number of pet rooms.
